Looking for the old version? Play Billiards here. Move your mouse to aim your billiard cue, and click and drag to set your shot power. Release the mouse button to take your shot. When you see arrow icons around the cue ball, this means you can click and drag on the ball to move it. This only happens when youre breaking or when your opponent commits a foul

Hey there! Welcome to our 8 Ball Pool game! I’m excited to help you have a great time playing.
To get started, just move your mouse to aim your billiard cue, and then click and drag to set the power for your shot. Release the mouse button to take your shot! You can also use the arrow icons around the cue ball to click and drag it to move it - this only happens when you’re breaking or when your opponent makes a mistake.
Here’s a helpful tip: if you want to add some spin to your shot, just click on the cue ball icon at the top of the screen!
Now, let’s talk about the rules. We’re playing with WPA rules, which are pretty standard. Here’s a quick rundown:
When we start the game, the first ball you pot determines whether you play with solids or stripes. If you pot a solid, you get solids, and vice versa.
If you pot one of your balls, or any ball on the break, you get another shot - as long as you didn’t make a mistake.
But, if you make one of these mistakes, your opponent gets to take the cue ball and place it anywhere on the table to shoot again:
- Potting the cue ball
- Missing the ball with the cue ball
- Missing one of your own balls with the cue ball
- Not potting a ball or hitting the side of the table after hitting one of your own balls
Oh, and if you pot one of your balls and an opponent’s ball on the same turn, play passes to your opponent!
The goal is to pot all of your balls and then the black 8 ball to win. But, be careful - if you pot the 8 ball before your other balls, you lose! And, if you make a mistake while shooting for the 8 ball, you’ll get another chance… unless you pot both the cue ball and the 8 ball, and then you lose.
